Sycamore Trees series

The Bayou is a source of life for a huge variety of plants and flowers, wildlife, and aquatic life often unseen anywhere else in the
world.  Yet, visually it is often void of color and sometimes gloomy, but rich in texture and diversity.  And when the sun rises and
sets, the colors and reflections set a very different tone.  The bayou can also vary dramatically during various seasons.  As Isabelle
studied and observed the bayou throughout the seasons, she noticed the individual shades of colors that can erupt in days.
For Isabelle, the exciting challenge of the bayou-scapes is to combine the rich texture and diversity with colors and shades that
brightly exhibit life.  It is almost a world of fantasy that she creates when infusing colors and shades into the works.
