Poppies and Mountains series

Isabelle's experience in seeing the beauty of the Alps, and more recently, the Rockies, has spurred her to explore art in a very
different way. Throughout the mountainside scenery, spring and summer wild flowers adapt and flourish providing unimaginable
splendor. And it doesn’t stop there as nothing seems more dramatic than the season in the mountains. With the fall and winter
seasons, the reflections from the rocks, the trees, and the snow provides creative shades of elegance.
Isabelle stretches her imagination to capture the grandeur of the mountains-scapes on canvas. On each of her works, Isabelle
embellishes the beauty by pushing bright colors visible in the flowers and trees to contrast the shades and texture of the mountains,
streams, and meadows. The goal is to give a daydream illustration of the magnificence that can only exist up in the mountains.
